Let me tell you, I am VERY picky and most of my reviews are 1 or 2 stars to businesses. It's going to be a long one but it's worth it. So let me tell you about my experience. Between 5 pm and 11 pm, I contacted more than 50 Chevrolet dealerships in the whole state of Texas on the same day via their website, with a very particular demand for a vehicle. I was very adamant about getting contacted back only by texts or emails. The day after I was contacted by Henry by text at 9 am. The process was enjoyable, everything was quick, smooth, and easy. I explained to him what I was looking for, he told me what he could do and after 4 hours of ACTIVE text discussions, we were able to reach an agreement for a quote. The next day, I e-signed the contract, and the day after I picked up the car. It took 3 days, it was done online, it was stress-free, I was happy and everything was perfect, that's how it's supposed to be. I need to give a special thanks to Henry who was by FAR the best individual I interacted with from all the dealers I interacted within a week. Very knowledgeable, and easy to interact with, he never tried to put pressure on me to close a deal that I was not interested in, he was active in finding a solution to close a deal that would satisfy everybody. He was quick in his responses to my questions, to find solutions when we were facing roadblocks. Only good things to say about him In the meantime, from all the other dealerships, less than 10 dealerships contacted me back and they took their sweet time to answer my questions and were not active in closing the deal, their offers were too far from my demands, they were putting barriers, only wanting to get a deal by phone calls or by me coming in the dealership which I was absolutely against. THAT'S THE DIFFERENCE. The Chevrolet dealership in Aggieland did everything right from A to Z while the others did not, I can't stress out how easy of a process that was. THAT'S HOW YOU GAIN CLIENTS AND MAKE THEM LOYAL. There are more than 3 Chevrolet dealerships less than a 15-minute drive from me, nevertheless, I wouldn't hesitate a second to drive the 3 hours round trip to Aggieland to give business to a dealership that treats their customers right and knows how to do business in a professional and timely manner. I have planned to do the trip again once my lease stops in 2 years.

I 100% hate car shopping! However, John Chavarria did not give up on me when it came to selling me my Acadia! He was super nice and always helpful with questions and getting me at the right spot for me to commit to the car! I have nothing but great things to say and would recommend him to anyone!
